In the last few months I deep-dived into the world of breathwork.
I developed my knowledge about breathwork in both masculine and feminine ways and all of it's benefits for me, you and the world.
Together with @kaspersfocus, @dorienblaauw & @heikestrombach I discovered new layers of myself and my potential.
I enriched my curiosity, joyfulness and uninhibited about the breath, life and love ❤️
I'm ready to shine!
In the upcoming months I will organize some nice gathering to share more about the POWER OF THE BREATH and FULL AWARENESS FOR THE BREATH.
