The shadow is the side of your personality that contains all the parts of yourself that you don’t want to admit having. These are your struggles, trauma's, the most negative beliefs, feelings and emotions you have about yourself or the world. No matter how ‘nice’ or ‘happy’ we may seem, we all have a shadow side like anyone else.

Elements as sadness, rage, laziness, and cruelty, but you might also hide your personal power, your independence, or your emotional sensitivity

It’s an essential and useful part of you. Your shadow is something that will offer many gifts of insight and personal power if you have *courage* to face it, embrace and connect with it on a deeper level.

If we can accept and face our anger, we can then set better boundaries. And if we fully accept our sadness, we can also feel joy more fully. And really live your life more and more connected to your heart and initiation.

When we recognize and face our shadow, we can become more whole and balanced.

Without the sun there is no shadow.

  • Discover your hidden talents. You can use shadow work to uncover what some people call the "gold in your shadow bags" — in other words, your inner strengths and resources that you didn’t realize you had before.

  • Have a better clarity. Have better clarity w work gives you better clarity on how your thoughts, emotions, and feelings lead you to act the way you do. When you have this information, you can show up with more clarity and authenticity.

  • Living fully from the heart. There’s no more hidden self-doubt about parts of yourself that you may dislike or even loathe. This means you can be more confident and living more and more from your intuition and heart!
